摘要
该文在加法可逆半环中建立ｆ正则根的概念，证明了ｆ正则半环和ｆ正则半单半环的结构定理，作为其应用，证明了交换ＶｏｎＮｅｕｍａｎｎ正则环和交换ＶｏｎＮｅｕｍａｎｎ正则半单环的结构定理。
In this paper,we defined the f regular radicals of the semirings with reversible addition,and proved the structure theorems of the f regular semirings and the f regular semisimple semirings.Applying those results to the commutative rings,we gave the structure theorems of Von Neumann regular rings and Von Neumann regular semisimple rings,and new descriptions of the Jacobson radicals and the Jacobson semisimple rings.
