摘要
可控串补暂态稳定控制,既要抑制功角第一摆,又要快速阻尼系统故障后的功率振荡,这是一个多目标控制问题。文中提出了基于T-S(Takagi-Sugeno)模型的可控串补模糊控制策略,充分考虑了可控串补装置的非线性,并结合了线性最优控制理论和专家知识。该模糊控制器相当于自适应变增益的线性最优控制器,能满足系统多目标控制的要求。数字仿真表明,该模糊控制策略在暂稳控制中优于其它常规控制方式(PI控制,bang-bang控制,线性最优控制)。

Transient stability control of thyristor controlled series compensator (TCSC) is a multi objective control problem since we need to keep back the first swing of power angle, and to damp the power swings after the faults rapidly. This paper presents a Takagi Sugeno (T S) model based TCSC fuzzy control strategy. In the fuzzy control scheme, the nonlinearity of TCSC is well considered, and linear optimal control theory is flexibly combined with expert knowledge. The fuzzy controller acts as an adaptive gain variable linear optimal controller, and it can satisfy the multi objective control requirements of the TCSC system. Digital simulation has demonstrated that the fuzzy control scheme is superior to other conventional control methods (PI control, bang bang control and linear optimal control) in the transient stability control.
