摘要
分析基于GPS(全球卫星定位系统)技术提供的高精度时间建立电力系统全网同步时钟时可能产生的误差和延时的各个环节、产生原因及数量级,并研究减小或避免各种误差或延时的技术手段。GPS时间信息的引入及处理和数据的采集及传输过程均可能对同步时钟造成一定的误差和延时。延时的影响可以通过精确的测量和分析进行补偿,误差项是降低时钟精度的主要原因,只能通过设计和算法优化尽量减小。经补偿和优化后所得到的同步时钟的精度为2μs。

The paper discusses the sources and the amounts of the errors and delays generated when establishing the synchronized timing system in power systems based on global positioning system (GPS) technology, and investigates the way to avoid or correct them. The errors and delays may be generated at every steps such as GPS timing signal receiving and data processing. The delays can be corrected by accurate measurement and analysis, while the errors is unavoidable and acts as the main factors affecting the final timing precision, and can only be reduced by optimized design and algorithm. The precision of the timing system based on the techniques introduced in the paper reaches about 2 μs.
