摘要
孕马血清经偏磷酸、乙醇分级沉淀得比活为409IU／mg的粗品，回收率为47．3％。粗品经离子交换层析得到比活为1455IU／mg的精品，回收率达97.4％。再过柱层析得比活为2400IU／mg的产品。
The pregnant mare serum was experienced in HpO3, alcohol precipitation. Activity of the inirial productobtained 409 IU/mg and the rate of recovery in yields was 47. 3%. The initial product was experienced by ion-exchenged chromatrograply. Activity of the find ion-exchenged chromatrograply. Activity of the find product 1 455 IU/mg. And the rate of recovery in the yields was 97.4 %. The activity of the pure product 2 400 IU/mg by columm chromatography.
