45例肘管综合征术后远期随访报告

Cubital tunnel syndrome effect:A long term postoperative follow up in 48 cases of 45 patients

目的：探讨肘管综合征远期疗效和影响疗效的有关因素。方法：对４５例４８侧肘管综合征术后进行了远期随访。随访时间２１个月～１４年，平均５年２个月。结果：优良３６侧，占７５％（３６／４８）；差４侧，占８．３％（４／４８）。术前病程长短、手内肌萎缩程度和爪形手畸形的存在与否，对远期疗效有明显影响。而年龄、尺侧腕屈肌肌力、术中神经卡压程度和术后早期疗效等，对远期疗效的影响无统计学意义。结论：对肘管综合征应早期诊断和治疗，其远期疗效较好。

Objective: To investigate the long term outcome of cubital tunnel syndrome and observe the factors that influence the result. Methods: Long term postoperative follow up of cubital tunnel syndrome was carried out in 48 cases of 45 patients. The follow up period ranged from 21 months to 14 years,with an average of 5 years and two months. Results: 36 out of 48 cases were good, accounting for 75%,while 4 out of 48 were poor, accounting for 8.3%. The interval of delay in treatment, the degree of intrinsic muscle atrophy and the presence of claw hand deformity had significant influence on the long term outcome . The patient's age, the strength of flexor carpi ulnaris muscle, the intraoperatively revealed degree of nerve entrapment and the early result had no statisfically significant effect on the long term outcome. Conclusion: The cubital tunnel syndrome should be diagnosed and treated early to get a satisfying long term outcome.
