摘要
目的:探讨超氧化物歧化酶对缺血骨骼肌和血管平滑肌的保护作用。方法:应用大鼠离体肢体分别用超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和生理盐水溶液灌注,保存于0~4℃,经2、4、8、16、24、48、72小时取小腿三头肌进行Na+-K+-ATP酶和Ca2+-ATP酶活性检测,并对此骨骼肌和平滑肌进行超微结构观察。结果:SOD灌注对缺血骨骼肌、股动脉平滑肌的酶活性及细胞形态都优于生理盐水组(P<0.01)。
Objective: To study the effect of superoxide dismutase(SOD) on preservation of isolated rat limbs. Methods: Isolated rat limbs were perfused with 0.9% NaCl solution containing SOD while the control were perfused with 0.9% NaCl solution only. At different intervals after the perfusions, Na + K + ATPase and Ca 2+ ATPase activities and cell ultrastructure of the triceps muscle and the femoral artery smooth muscle were observed. Results: lt was showed that both the enzyme activities and the cell ultrastructure were preserved better in the limbs perfused with 0.9%NaCl containing SOD than in the limbs perfused without SOD. Conclusions: The results suggest that SOD can preserve better the isolated limbs and prevent it from lesion caused by oxygen free radicals.
