摘要
亚硒酸钠治疗慢性乙型肝炎４０例，结果表明：亚硒酸钠对慢性乙肝病人乏力等症状有明显改善作用，其ＡＬＴ，ＡＬＢ复常率分别为８７．５０％和７８．５７％，均优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），说明补硒治疗慢性乙型肝炎有一定的改善临床症状、降酶、升高血清白蛋白的作用。
Sodium selenate was adopted to treat chronic viral hepatitis B in 40 patients.Results showed that some symptoms such as fatigue,are significantly improved,the recover rate of ALT and ALB are 87.50% and 78.57% respectively.All these data are superior to placebo(P<0.05),and suggested that selenium may improve some symptoms of hepatitis B.
