摘要
用国产阿齐霉素治疗呼吸系统感染疾病３０例与进口罗红霉素治疗呼吸系统感染疾病２０例相比较，采用随机非盲法，按随机数字表编治疗组和对照组。两组病人的年龄、性别、病种和病情程度均有可比较性。治疗组痊愈２１例，痊愈率７０％，显效７例，显效率２３．３３％，其有效率为９３．３３％。对照组痊愈１３例，痊愈率６５％，显效６例，显效率３０％，有效率为９５％。治疗组与对照组均无明显不良反应，对肝、肾功能无损害。
For comparison of the efficacies of domestic azithromycin and imported roxithromycin in treatment of respiratory infections,a randomized,controlled study was carried out in 50 patients with comparable ages,sexes and diseases.They were divided to receive azithromycin(n=30)and roxithromycin(n=20).The results showed that the cure rate,the obviously effective rate and the total effective rate were 70%,23.33% and 93.33% in azithromycin group,while in the roxithromycin group the cure rate,the obviously effective rate and the total rate were 65%,30% and 95% respectively with no observed ADRs.
