社会主义核心价值体系具有完备性的特征:从其所体现的价值主体看,它覆盖了社会中的主要群体,使得不同思想觉悟、不同精神境界、不同理想追求的人们都能够在这个价值观念体系的旗帜下团结起来,并且都有进一步发展的空间;从其所反映的价值维度看,它覆盖了人们思想意识的主要领域,成为社会的精神生活的指导原则。

The socialist core value system has a characteristic of perfection. First, the body of this system covers all the social classes and different people, making the people of different classes, of different spiritual status and with different goals and pursuit join under the same value system but still enjoy development freedom of themselves. Second, this system concerns almost all fields of ideology of people, forming the guideline for spiritual life in the whole society.
