摘要
建立了送粉式激光熔覆的物理及数学模型,并利用有限元分析软件模拟了基体和激光束相互作用的温度场分布。结合数学模型和温度场分布图例讨论了熔覆过程中各个参数变化对激光功率重分配的影响,为熔覆过程中参数调整和优化提供了理论依据。
Established the physical and mathematical models of laser cladding and simulated the temperature field of the substrate when interacting with laser beam by the software ANSYS. According to the mathematical model and the temperature field, discussed the energy redistribution when parameters of cladding changed in order to provide references for the work in the future.
