目的:为了有效的回避护理风险,降低护理风险的发生率,为病人提供安全的优质服务。方法:建立风险管理制度,提高护士的风险意识及自身素质,加强护理记录的管理,对重危病人提出预见性的护理问题及措施。结果:提高了护士的风险意识及业务水平,减少护理差错。结论:实施有效的风险管理,对减少护理纠纷的发生起到了重要作用。

Objective ：To avoid nursing venture effectively, induce nursing venture ratio and provide safe and qualified service to patients . Method ： Establish venture management system, increase nurses＇ venture concept and self diathesis , strengthen management in nursing records and forecast nursing problems and implementation in critical patients. Result： Increase nurses＇ venture concept and professional level and decrease nursing mai - practice. Conclusion： Implementing effective venture management is important in decrease nursing dissension.
