摘要 用时域有限差分法数值模拟了电磁波在二维光子晶体的传播,计算结果表明:填充率存在一个最佳值,使光子晶体带隙宽度最大,而带隙中心频率随填充率的增大而向低频移动;介质柱的横截面的形状是影响带隙的一个因素:填充率相同,横截面的形状不同,其带隙位置、宽度不同。 The transmission of electromagnetic wave in different modular construction Two- Dimentional photonic crystals is calculated by using FDTD. Our numerical analysis showed that its band gap and centre frequency concerned modular construction deeply. When the packing ratio equals to the best value,the band gap is maximal, and the central frequency of the band gap become smaller while the packing ratio becoming larger. The shape of the cross - section of the medium rod is one of factors that affect the band gap, that is if the packing ratio is same and the shape of the crosssection is different , the position and width of its band gap are different.
