摘要
在光固化成形中,对三维实体断面进行选择性的扫描固化,通常采用的是恒定的光斑补偿量,因此很难精确成形出实体的细微部分,从而影响制件精度。本文提出一种分区域变补偿量的扫描方法,首先将实体断面中的轮廓环分组,辨识出激光扫描轨迹在细微部出现自交,反向或互交的情况。然后分区域设定工艺参数从而改变不同区域的光斑补偿量,很好地提高了光固化成形中制件细微部分的成形精度。
In SLA, a slice of the three dimensional model was solidified by the scanning laser. Generally, the size of radius compensation was uniform. So the small part of the model was hard to be made accurately and finally the precision of the production was reduced. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a method of radius compensation with variable size con'espending to different area. First, a slice is transformed into a series of loop - groups. Areas are found out where the scanning paths are self -interseeting or .mutual - intersecting or direction - disobeying. Set different scanning parameters for these areas so as to the size of radius compensation could be different.Using this method,the precision of the small part in the production is improved.
