摘要
目的:探讨激励护理在健康教育中的作用。方法:在病人的入院阶段、治疗阶段、出院阶段将激励护理运用于健康教育中。结果:促进了病人的康复,提高了护士的业务水平,增加了护患交流,病人及家属对护理工作的满意度在96.7～98.5%。结论:有效的防止护理并发症的发生,提高了护理质量。
Objctive： Disscuss the application of health education in invigorative nurse. Methods Use invigorative nurse in the health education at the stage of going to the hospital, treatment and leaving hospital of the patients. Result Hasten the patients＇ cure, enhance the nurse ＇ s work level, enhance the communication between the nurses and the patients, 96.7% to 98.5% of the patients and their relations are satisfied with the nurse. Conclusion prevent the nurse syndrome availably, enhance the equlity of the nurse.
