2002年六盘水市某公立小学学生蛔虫感染情况调查

Investigation on Ascarids Infection in Primary School Students in Liupanshui in 2002

[目的]了解六盘水市小学生蛔虫感染情况。[方法]采用直接涂片法镜检蛔虫卵。[结果]共检查1 560人,阳性112人,检出率为7.2%。其中,男生775人,阳性人数为77人,检出率为9.9%;女生790人,阳性35人,检出率为4.4%。[结论]蛔虫感染仍然是小学生普遍存在的健康问题,男生感染率比女生高。加强学校健康教育工作,组织统一的驱蛔服药仍然是必要的。

[Objective]To understand ascarid infection in primary school students in Liupanshui city.[Methods]Ascarid eggs were tested with direct smear method under a microscope.[Results]112 students were infected among total 1560 examined,accounting for 7.2%.Of them,775 boys and 790 girls were tested,77 boy students and 35 girl students were infected,accounting for 9.9% and 4.4% respectively.[Conclusion]Ascarids infection is still a main problem to the health of the students in primary schools,the infection rate was higher in boy students than that in girl students.Piperazine can be given to students under organization and health education in schools should be strengthened.
