Survey on Immunity Against Tuberculosis in Children Aged 0～15 years old in Feixian County in 2006

[目的]了解费县儿童结核免疫水平,评价BCG接种效果.[方法]采用随机抽样的方法,随机抽取费县0～15岁儿童457名,应用BCG-PPD试验,进行结核免疫水平调查.[结果]457名儿童中,阳性者150人,阳性率为32.83%;女性阳性率高于男性（P＜0.05）;各地区间阳性率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.各年龄组间阳性率差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）,且随着年龄增长阳性率显著降低（P＜0.01）.[结论]本研究结果提示通过BCG-PPD试验筛选进行BCG复种的必要性.

[Objective]To find out the children＇s immunity against tuberculosis in Feixian county,valuate the effect of BCG vaccination.[Methods]457 children aged 0-15 years old were randomly selected with random sampling method in Feixian county for BCG-PPD test,the immunity against tuberculosis was investigated.[Results]Of the 470 children,150 were positive,positive rate was 32.83%;the positive rate in female was higher than that in male（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference of the positive rate in different areas（P〉0.05）.But there was significant difference in different aged groups（P〈0.01）.With the age increasing,the positive rate remarkably decreased（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]It is necessary to have BCG revaccinated after screening the object by BCG-PPD test.
