新历史小说是上世纪八十年代中后期出现在中国文坛的小说创作现象。从以下四个方面去阐述新历史小说较之于传统的历史小说究竟有哪些创造性的变异:其历史观的变更、社会个体历史命运的变化、人物形象的变化以及叙事视角的更迭。

The new historical novel is a novel creation phenomenon which appears in the 1980＇s in the Chinese literary arena.This article elaborated its creative variation compared with the traditional historical novel from following 4 aspects：the variation of historical conception,the change of historical destiny of social individual,the change of character image,the alternating of narrative angle.
