Preliminary Exploration of Higher Education District's Safe and Steady Work

在高等教育的不断发展和改革中过程,高教园区的兴起,促进了高等教育大众化进程,有效实行了办学资源共享,但是作为一个新生事物,其管理体制和模式是全新的,尚处于实践和摸索阶段,对于安全管理来说是一个大的挑战。从分析高教园区产生的背景、意义及存在的主要矛盾着手,试图探索一套行之有效的安全管理模式。

In the process of continuous development and reform of higher education,the rising of higher education district promotes the popularization of higher education and realizes the sharing of school resources effectively.But as a new thing,the higher education district＇s management system and mode are brand-new and it is now being in the stage of practicing and exploring.Safe management is also a large challenge to higher education districts.Through analyzing higher education district＇s forming background,meaning and its existing principal contradiction,this text attempts to explore a system of effectual safe management mode.
