摘要 主要研究了CM140B与CR322的共混改性。CR322经并用CM140B后,其混炼胶的加工性、压出表面及硫化胶的耐老化性及耐油性能不断得到改善。随着共混胶中CM140B用量的增加,硫化胶的拉伸强度先减小再增加,扯断伸长率、阿克隆磨耗量、回弹性、自黏性不断减小,100%定伸应力、撕裂强度、硬度、氧指数不断增加。采用噻二唑和金属氧化物硫化CM140B和CR322的共混胶时,硫化胶的综合性能较好。 Mainly studied the co-mixing modification of CM140B and CR322. Mixing by CR322 and CM140B, the workability of mixed rubber and thermal endurance performance and oil resistant performance of the surface and cured rubber are all improved. Along with increasing the amount of CM140B, the tensile intensity of cured rubber is reducing first then increasing back; break elongation, Akron abrasion loss, resilience and self- stickiness are unceasingly reducing; 100% extending stress, avulsion intensity, hardness and oxygen index are also ceaseless rising. Using thidiazuron and metallic oxide curing the co-mixed rubber of CM140B and CR322, the performance of cured rubber will be better.
