摘要 论述应用大速差射流的尾部烟气脱硫增湿活化原理性试验台架及其系统,试验结果及分析。在尾部烟气中SO2气体直接与固相脱硫剂(CaO粉及Ca(OH)2粉)反应能力很弱;SO2气体直接与水滴反应生成H2SO3的能力也很弱,它受到SO2气体在水中溶解能力的限制;增湿活化的机理在于水滴与脱硫剂粒子碰撞后在其表面生成液态Ca(OH)2离子膜,由它与SO2气体反应脱硫。因此,良好的活化反应器必须具有良好的水滴与脱硫剂的碰撞条件,以利于产生尽可能多的离子膜,并且还应创造良好的SO2气体与离子膜的反应条件和尽可能延长离子膜不被蒸干的时间。据此,提出一种具有脱硫剂循环的的悬浮床活化反应器的设想。 This paper has presented experiments of desulphrization in flue gas by humidification with a velocity-difference reactorThe experiments set-up and system has also been givenThe experimental results showed SO2 of flue gas was hard to react with CaO and Ca(OH)2 particles directlyThe reactivity of SO2 reacting with spray water to produce H2SO3 was also weak because of limited solubility of SO2The principle of desulphrization by humidification is that ionic film of liquefied Ca(OH)2 can be produced in the surface of CaO particles after the collision of the particle and spray waterThe ionic film can react with SO2Therefore,a good reactor should have good chance for the collision of the particle and spray water ,and the reaction SO2 gas with the ionic filmThe vaporization time should be long enoughAccording to the above principles,a suspension reactor with circulated sorbent has been designed
