摘要
针对目前我国电厂锅炉电除尘器除尘效率不能达到设计值所存在的诸多问题进行了详细分析,其中最主要的问题是由于供电方式、电场结构、电场高度、阳极板振打清灰方式不合理而产生的反电晕问题。对此,提出了克服反电晕的解决方案:在荷电区域应用纯脉冲供电方式、分区供电、采用辅助电极、高阳极板采用两级振打等,并分析了其可行性。
In view of the problems(that precipitation efficiency couldn't reach the designed value)existing in the electrostatic precipitators of boilers in China's power plants,the detailed analysis was conducted, of which, the most main problem was the counter corona arising from the unreasonable power supply mode, electric field configuration, electric field height,deashing mode of anode plate vibrator.For this reason,the paper put forward the resolving scheme" to overcome counter corona" "to apply pure pulsing power supply mode in charged zone, zoned power supply,auxiliary electrode,and to apply two-stage vibrator for high anode plate, and analyzed its feasibility.
