摘要 文章介绍了某工程600MW发电机组的定子绕组绝缘破坏及接地事故,检查和认定了发电机的故障情况及故障部位,分析发生故障的主要原因是汽端和励端内冷水回水管管径不合适,冷却水流量不够而导致局部过热,烧坏绝缘。简要介绍了故障的处理措施及应吸取的经验教训。 The winding insulation failure and ground fault of 600 MW generator stator in one project were introduced,and the fault status and location were inspected and identified.The main causes of fault were:the water return pipesdiameters of internal water cooled generator at steam end and exciter end were improper, cooling water flow was insufficient,resulted in local overheating and insulation failure.The fault handling measures and the experience and lessons were briefed.
