摘要
DMAIC是一种包括定义、测量、分析、改进、控制等五个阶段的结构化、有规律的和严谨的过程改进方法论。本文从实际出发,提供了一种基于DMAIC方法的设计改进思路。并具体讨论了DMAIC方法在空调遥控设计改进中的应用,从而实现改善遥控发射和接收性能的目的。
DMAIC is a structural, disciplinary and religious methodology which is applied to process improvement. It includes five stages of Define, Measure, Analyze,Improve and Control. The thesis supplies a design improvement solution based on DMAIC, and discusses the DMAIC which is applied to improvement of design in air conditioner remote control.
