摘要
推导出了NEWF-4A型离心式转子超细气力分级机的理论分级粒径;建立了适合本分级机的细粉平均粒径的数学模型;试验表明:本分级机可对多种粉料进行微米或亚微米级的分级,效果显著。
The new type of NEWF-4A centrifugal-rotor superfine-powder air-classifier was developed,by which many materials can be classified to obtain micron or submicron powders. A mathematical modelhas been established which indicates the relations between theoretical cut size and average size of classifiedfine product. The developed mathematical model is very useful to calculate the variables of classification forthe air classifier.
