通过重读《花蓝瑶社会组织》,分析了费孝通先生早年的学术研究动向,指出《花蓝瑶社会组织》第一次披露了金秀大瑶山花蓝瑶的人口、家庭和社会生活状况;第一次运用人类学理论和方法深入剖析了金秀大瑶山族团及族团之间的关系及其发展趋向;第一次成功地运用了“微型社会学”的调查研究方法剖析了花蓝瑶社会。

Through rereading “Hualanyao Social Organization”, the article analyzes deeply Mr. Fei Xiaotong＇ s academic research approach in his early years and points out that “Hualanyao Social Organization” revealed the population, family and social life situations of Jinxiu Dayaoshan Hualanyao in the first time, analyzed the relationship and its development trend betweenJinxiu Dayaoshan tribes using anthropology theory and methods in the first time, analyzed the Hualanyao society using the investigative method of “micro sociology” .The analysis on the achievements of “Hualanyao Social Organization” will provide experience for the followers.
