摘要
本文用沉淀浮选方法对大洋锰结核亚硫酸浸出矿浆中的铜的浮选分离部分进行了初步探索,并做了捕收剂的对比试验,试验结果表明:沉淀浮选具有流程简单,浮选效果好的特点;用了铵黑药作捕收剂,铜的回收率达87.92%,初步解决了锰结核加工处理上固液分离难题。
In this paper,the precipitation flotation of copper from the slurry of manganese nodule-leaching with sulfurous acid is discussed and two collectors are compared. The test results indicate that precipitation flotation has easy flowsheet and good flotation effect. The recovery of copper is up to 87. 92 % by using(CH3CH2CH2CH2O)2PSSH as collector. So that,the problem of separation of solid and liquid in the processing of manganese nodule is solved.
