输液针图像矩不变量的研究 被引量:2

摘要 一次性输液针与其手瓣装配,在手瓣所在的平面与针尖主斜面的夹角要满足一定要求。利用图像方法对装配线上输液针角度位置的识别是解决装配定位问题的一种有效途径。本文对输液针图像的矩不变量做了研究,得出了不同角度位置下输液针图像的矩不变量变化规律。同时还提出了修正的矩不变量I7,以表示图像的180°翻转。研究结果表明,矩不变量方法对输液针角度位置的识别是有效的。 When the hand-petal of intravenous needles for single use is assembled, the angle of hand-petal plane and main plane intravenous needles can not go beyond certain angle. It is an effective solution to recognize the position of intravenous needles using the technologies of images. Moment invariants of the images of intravenous needles are studied in this paper. The transformation rule of moment invariants of images of different angles is obtained. Amended IT is put forward to identify the images that overturn 180°. The study result shows that it is effective to recognize the angle position of intravenous needles with the technique of moment invariants.
