摘要 通过氧化物冶金、合理的Ti/N比、精心的工艺设计、合理的工艺路线,成功生产出345 MPa、490 MPa强度级别的大线能量用钢,能够满足50~100 kJ/cm线能量的焊接.其产品已经成功应用于国家石油储备用钢12MnNiVR、西气东输用钢X70等高级用钢. Large heat input welding steel of grade 345 MPa, 490 MPa have been successfully produced by oxide metallurgy, rational Ti/N ratio, careful process design, suitable process route, which can meet the welding requirements for 50 - 100 kJ/cm heat input. The production have been successfully applied in producing higher class steel grades such as 12MnNiVR for state crude oil conservation project and X70 for National Natural Gas Transmission Project from West to East.
