摘要
铁水预处理已经成为现代化炼钢厂的重要工序之一,其目的主要是降低铁水中的某些有害元素含量,为炼钢提供合格的铁水。本文对铁水预处理的原理、工艺及铁水预脱硫、铁水预脱硅、铁水预脱磷等进行了阐述,并对搅拌法脱硫和喷吹法脱硫进行了比较。
Liquid iron pretreatment has become one of the important production procedures in modern steelmaking plants. Its main purpose is to reduce the harmful element concentration in liquid steel and provide qualified liquid iron. The article describes the principle and process of liquid iron pretreatment, pre- desulfurization, pre- desiliconization and pre - dephosphorization of liquid iron , and makes comparison between desulfurization by stirring method and injecting method.
