摘要
建立舆情信息汇集和分析机制,是实现中国共产党执政能力建设目标的重要基础,是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要手段,是维护国家文化安全的重要渠道,是推进宣传思想工作创新的重要举措。舆情汇集分析机制可以划分为汇集机制、分析机制、报送机制、反馈机制、工作保障和激励机制。在运用舆情信息汇集和分析机制时,应注意服务对象、操作主体、基本环节和方法的科学性以及规章制度的建立和完善。
The collecting and analyzing mechanism of public opinion and sentiments information is an important base for strengthening the construction of the governing capacity of the Communist Party of China and for constructing a socialist harmonious society. It is also an important tool of safeguarding the state cultural security and developing the innovation of ideological work. The collecting and analyzing mechanism of public opinion and sentiments information can be divided into mechanisms of information collecting, information analyzing, information sending, information feedback, and work ensuring and inspiring. Some important elements, such as the serving objects, the main working body, the basic working joints, the institutions and systems onstruction and scientific method sholld be emphesized in using the mechanism.
