摘要
介绍了以氯乙酸、三甲胺、氢氧化钠为原料合成三甲胺乙内酯(甜菜碱)的方法,室温下(约为25℃)反应30min之后,水浴加热至35℃反应2h,再水浴至80℃加热反应1h,用离子交换树脂分离提纯物质,其收率达到75.4%。该工艺具有操作简单、易干燥、收率高、成本低、易推广应用等优点。
The method for synthesizing betaine with sodium monochloroacefic acid trimethylam and sodium hydroxide as raw materials was introduced. At first they reacted for half an hour at room temperature(about 25℃ ), then at 35℃ for two hour and at about 80℃for an hour, last betaine was separated from aqueous solution by strong acid ionexehange resin. The yield could reach 75.4 %. The process had these advantages, simplified operation, easy drying, high yieid, low cost and easy application and generalization.
