摘要
针对文丘利油燃烧器的特殊结构和内外部流动燃烧的特点,成功地建立了能有效准确地描述其内外部流动燃烧的数学物理模型,并对其内外部的冷热态流场进行了大量的数值模拟研究,数值模拟结果与试验数据和有关的流动燃烧理论在定量和定性上吻合得很好,可为该型油燃烧器的改进、运行以及布置提供有价值的依据。
Based on the special structure of Ventury oil-burner and flow characteristics of its internal and external area, mathematical and physical models that can effectively describe flow characteristics are successfully founded. Many numerical studies of flow and combustion characteristics in internal and external area of Ventury oil-burner are employed under cold and hot conditions. Results of numerical simulation have good agreement with experimental data quantificationally and with concerned flow theories qualitatively. The above numerical results gained can be used to guide the further design, operation and displacement of this type oil-burner.
