摘要
在简述非功能型吸收光谱式光纤瓦斯传感器原理的基础上,对光波波长的选择问题进行了讨论,提出一种根据传感器的技术指标确定其基本参数(气室长度L,光电原件的参数等)的方法,并建立了相应的数学模型.分析表明,增大L或减少σi/i(光电流的测量标准差σi与光电流之比)都能起到减少c的测量误差,提高瓦斯探测灵敏度和分辨率的作用.设计时,应首先根据市场情况尽可能地选小σi/i,然后再根据传感器的性能指标确定L.
The principle of absorption spectrum type fibre optical sensors is described,and the selection of optical wave length is discussed.A method is proposed for determining the parameters of sensors,such as gas cell length L ,parameters of opto electronic components,according to technical performance. A corresponding mathematical model is established.By increasing L or decreasing σ i/i ,the measurement error of c will decrease,and the sensitivity and resolution will improve as well.In view of the present market, when the sensor is designed, σ i/i of the components should be as low as possible,then L is determinined according to technical performance.
