摘要
推导了中性点不接地系统发生单相间歇性电弧接地时,电网中性点对地电压和单相接地电流的变化特点,指出中性点对地电压与接地电流中除包含基波成分外,还包含有谐波成分,且由系统振荡引起的谐波成分是衰减的,从而为接地保护装置的整定提供了理论依据.
Variation of voltage between ground and a neutral point of a network and variation of current with one phase grounding are deducted when the phenomenon of single phase intermittent arc grounding occurs in a system with neutral point not grounding.It is pointed out the neutral point to ground voltage and the grounding current contain not only fundamental waves but also harmonic waves.And the harmonic waves caused by oscillation of the system will decay.This provides a theoretic criterion for setting of earth protection device.
