按照人才培养目标的需要,设置和优化《基础生理生化实验》课程体系,改进实验课依附于理论课的传统模式,将植物生理学、生物化学课程中的实验进行优化、整合,设置新的实验项目,更新实验教学内容,调整实验类型,提高综合性、设计性和创新性实验的比例;修订和完善《基础生理生化实验》教材和教学大纲。充分利用多媒体辅助实验教学。通过实验教学内容的改革和实践,培养学生进行科学研究的实验技能和综合素质。

According to the requirements of training aims and curriculum system,plant physiology and biological chemistry experimental taeching must be reformed,then they can meet the needs of new times technical education.According to the analyse of the types and contents of experimental teaching, the author relates the reform and practice of the experimental teaching,and introdues how to improve curriculum experiment and set up new experiment items.
