进一步完善我国竞技体育举国体制的研究

Research on the Further Perfection of the Whole Nation System of Competitive Sports in China

举国体制是我国特定的政治、经济、文化背景下的产物,为我国运动水平的提高发挥了巨大作用,但在经济持续发展、国力日益强大的今天,人们对奥运金牌的认识越来越趋于理性,对举国体制也存在争议。在备战迫在眉睫的08北京奥运的关键时期,即使是从长计议中国竞技体育的可持续发展,也需要全面冷静地分析,提出真正有利于中国体育事业发展的思路,继承发展和完善竞技体育举国体制,实现由原举国体制向新型举国体制的转变。

Whole Nation System is the product on the background of the specific political, economic and cultural in China, it is conductive to raising the level of Competitive Sports. But with the economic development and national strength, people become increasingly rational on Olympic gold medal, and there are disputes on Competitive Sports. In preparation for 2008 Olympics, even for the sustainable development of the Competitive Sports, we also need dispassionate analysis, and put forward some measures and suggestions to perfect sports in China with the purpose of providing theoretical foundation and feasible policy suggestion for further perfection the whole nation system and the relative reform.
