Construction of national education is a fundamental part of constructing advanced culture under Socialism with China＇s characteristic. Under the situation of economy globalization and in accordance with the whole nation＇s benefit, we must integrate various cultures to ＂harmony with differences＂, by taking advantage each nationality＇s cultural advantage, to improve the national creativity and overall ability. This is the basic approach to construcl the advanced culture of Chinese Socialism.
