近年来,西南民族地区民间经济组织发展迅速,它在市场、技术、资金、特色农业产业化、行业管理、产业结构调整等方面极大地促进了这一民族地区特色农业的发展,但民间经济组织存在的发展缓慢、职能单一、市场化程度低等问题在一定程度上阻碍了特色农业的发展。因此,完善和促进民间经济组织是发展西南民族地区特色农业的必需。

In recent years, Non--governmental economic organization has developed rapidly in the southwest nationalities area,and it. has enormously promoted the characteristic agriculture in. aspects to market, technology, capital, characteristic agriculture industry, profession management, and industri- al structure adjustment, but Non--governmental economic organization has hindered the development of the characteristic agriculture to a certain extent, which resulted from its slow development, sole function,and the low level of the market. Therefore,it is necessary to perfect and promote the Non-- governmental economic organization for developing characteristic agriculture in the southwest nation- alities area.
