摘要
本文介绍了餐厨垃圾干式厌氧消化基本工艺,详细讨论了温度、TS、搅拌、接种物、碳氮比、有机负荷、pH值、碱度和VFA以及盐分对干式厌氧消化的影响,并提出了餐厨垃圾干式厌氧消化工艺今后的研究方向和开发前景。
The basic dry anaerobic digestion process for treating food waste was introduced in this paper. The effects of temperature, TS, mixing, inoculums, C/N, organic loading rate, pH, alkalinity, VFA and salinity, on dry anaerobic digestion were discussed in detail. The research direction and foreground of dry anaerobic digestion in the future were proposed.
