产教结合模式下高职院校管理体制应变改革的研究与实践

Research and Practice on How the Management System of Higher Vocational Schools Meet the Reform under the Pattern of Combination of Production and Teaching

近几年,各级各类职业院校在尝试与企业进行校企合作方面积累了一定的经验,取得了一定的成绩,但也遇到了许多困惑和难题,在一定程度上阻碍了产教结合工作的健康运行。本文在实践的基础上、从变革管理制度的角度对此问题进行多方位的有益探讨,旨在寻求促进职业院校在产教结合模式下健康、快速发展的路子。

In the past few years, various kinds of vocational schools backlog some experience and obtain some results in trying cooperating with enterprises, but also meet with many perplexities and problems, which obstruct the healthy movement of the work of production-and-teaching combination to some extent. On the basis of practice, from the angle of the reform of management system, the author carries on multi-position beneficial discussion, for the purpose of offering a few ordinary introductory remarks so that others may offer their valuable ideas, seeks the pathway together for the broad great undertaking of the higher vocational schools.
