The Rise of Central China is an important decision of Chinese government made from the overall situation of the modernization drive. At first, this text paper discusses the importance of the human resources development in the Rise of Central China. Then, it paper combines the current situation of human resources of Central China and propose a number of effective methods and measures to accelerate the human resources development of Central China.
