摘要
目的:探讨逼尿肌不稳定(DI)大鼠逼尿肌组织三磷酸肌醇受体(IP3R)变化与DI的关系。方法:建立DI大鼠模型,应用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法检测DI及逼尿肌稳定(DS)大鼠逼尿肌组织IP3R亚型变化。结果:DS大鼠及DI大鼠膀胱逼尿肌组织均有IP3RⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ亚型表达,DI大鼠IP3RⅠ、Ⅱ亚型表达显著高于DS大鼠(P〈0.05-0.01),IP3RⅢ亚型表达差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:DI大鼠IP3RⅠ、Ⅱ亚型表达增强可能参与了逼尿肌不稳定的发生。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the changes of detrusor tissue inositol(1,4,5)- trisphosphate receptors (IP3 R) in detrusor instability(DI) rats and detrusor instability (DI). Methods: To set up the model of Di rats, the IP3R isoforms expressions of detrusor tissue in DI rats and DS rats were detected by RT-PCR technique. Results: Three subtypes of IP3R expressed in DI and DS rats detrusor tissue were identified. The expression of IP3 R - Ⅰand IP3 R- Ⅱ in DI rats were significantly higher than those of DS rats (P 〈0.05-0.01). The expression of IP3R-Ⅲ didn't have significant difference between DI and DS rats (P 〈0.05). Conclusions: The increment of IP3R Ⅰ and Ⅱexpression in DI rats might contribute to the pathological mechanism underlying DI formation.
