摘要
目的:了解逼尿肌不稳定(DI)大鼠逼尿肌细胞蛋白激酶C(PKC)活性的变化。方法:建立DI大鼠模型,原代培养逼尿肌稳定(DS)及DI大鼠逼尿肌细胞,分别检测这两种细胞胞浆和胞膜PKC活性。结果:DS、DI组大鼠逼尿肌培养细胞胞浆PKC活性分别为(5.10±0.67)、(5.15±0.41)pmol·min-1·mgprotein-1,两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05。胞膜PKC活性分别为(1.21±0.17)、(1.92±0.24)pmol·min-1·mgprotein-1,DS大鼠较DI大鼠显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:DI大鼠逼尿肌细胞胞膜PKC发生了由胞浆向胞膜的转运激活。
Objective: To evaluate the changes of detrusor tissue PKC activity in detrusor instability (DI) rats. Methods: To set up the model of DI rats and detrusor cells of DI and detrusor stable (DS)rats were cultured, the changes of detrusor cultured cell PKC activity of cytoplasm and cytomembrane in DI and DS rats were detected. Results:No obviously difference between the detrusor culturedcell PKC activity of cytoplasm in DI and DS rats (P〉0.05), but the PKC activity of cytomembrane in DS rats was significantly lower than those in DI rats (P〉0.01). Conclusions: The detrusor cultured cell PKC of DI rats has the transportation-activation from cytoplasm to cytomembrane.
