导管电凝微创术治疗下肢静脉曲张206例疗效观察

Evaluate curative effects for treatment of tube-electrocoagulation mini-wounded operation on varicose veins in the lower extremities

目的：探讨导管电凝微创术治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效。方法：采用导管电凝微创术治疗下肢静脉曲张206例（228条肢体）。结果：随访4-30个月,224条肢体酸胀、沉重感完全消失,4条肢体症状减轻不满意。169肢体发生区域性及一过性皮肤感觉异常,19条肢体发生血栓性浅静脉炎,5条肢体发生皮肤轻微灼伤,所有病例未发生皮下血肿及切口淋巴漏。术后症状及皮肤营养、色泽等方面有明显改善,皮肤溃疡愈合。结论：导管电凝微创术操作简单,出血少,术后恢复快,疗效可靠,是治疗下肢静脉曲张较好的方法。

Objective： To evaluate curative effect for treatment of tube-electrocoagulation mini-wounded operation on varicose veins in the lower extremities. Methods： To analyse the clinical data of 206 （228 legs） postoperative cases which we treated from 2004 to 2007. Results： In the following up of 4-30 months, dull heaviness relieved completely in 224 legs while 4 legs imcompletely. Skin pigmentation decreased obviously after operation, and 5 cases with skin burn. Thrombophebitis happened in 19 legs. Temporary and regional paresthesia of skin occurrenced in 169 legs. It did not happen ecchymoma and lymph-leakage of in- cision in all cases. Ulce of skin healed. Conclusions： It is complication slightly that occurrenced paresthesia of skin in temporary and regional for treatment of tube-electrocoagulation on varicose veins in lower extremity. The method is simple and easy to learn. Curative effect is reliable with few bleeding. Postoperative recovery is well.
