摘要 目的:探讨膝部隐匿性骨折的MRI表现,提高对该病的诊断水平。方法:回顾性分析26例膝部隐匿性骨折病例的MRI资料。对隐匿性骨折病例的部位、数目、类型进行统计。结果:26例共41处膝部隐匿性骨折。隐匿性骨折以胫骨上端与股骨下端最多见。结论:MRI能敏感显示膝部隐匿性骨折,对于疑为膝部隐匿性骨折的病例应列为首选检查,以防漏诊和误诊。 Objective: To improve recognization of the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) features of subtle fractures in knee. Methods: Imaging data, including the location and numbers of fracture of subtle fractures of knee in 26 cases were analyzed retrospectively. Result: Forty one subtle fractures were found in 26 cases . The upper part tibia and lower part of fermur were most commonly affected. Conclusion: MRI is sensitive in detecting subtle fracture of knee. MRI subtle be the first choice modality in clinical practice.
