摘要 目的:探讨细胞因子白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平与冠状动脉病变程度的相关性。方法:分析124例冠状动脉造影患者临床资料,并用ELISA法测定血浆IL-6水平。结果:对冠状动脉病变程度进行不同分级、分层,结果显示IL-6水平在单支、多支病变及Gensini积分不同分层者间有统计学差异。并且各病例组患者外周血中IL-6升高水平明显高于正常对照组。随着冠状动脉病变范围及程度的增加,IL-6水平有逐渐增高的趋势。结论:IL-6水平与冠状动脉病变程度有一定的相关性;同时也为判断冠状动脉病变程度指标而提供了一条线索。 Objective: To discuss the relationship between interleukin-6(IL-6)levels on the Coronary Artery Disease. Methods: One hundred and twenty-four patients with coronary artery disease were included in the study. The interleukin-6 levels were defected by ELISA. Result: Interleukin-6 levels of coronary artery disease groups were higher than control group obviously. Interleukin-6 levels in multiple branches group were higher than single branch group and control group; Interleukin-6 levels in higher score were higher than lower score group and control group. Conclusion: Interleukin-6 levels were correlated with coronary artery disease . Additional, Interleukin-6 levels may be able to be as new marker for surveillance on coro- nary artery disease stenonsis .
