摘要 采用RT-PCR、Northern blot以及免疫组织化学技术研究小鼠长型肽聚糖识别蛋白(mPGRP-L)在体内的表达情况。RT-PCR显示,mPGRP-L mRNA在肝脏、肾脏表达,在心、肺、脾、胸腺不表达;Northern blot结果表明,mPGRP-LmRNA在肝脏组织强表达,在脾脏和肾脏弱表达,在脑、心、肺、胃、骨骼肌、睾丸、胸腺、小肠不表达。组织切片免疫组织化学分析发现,肝、肾组织呈阳性结果,其余组织(心、脾、肺、脑、气管、胃、子宫、大肠、肌肉、小肠、膀胱)为阴性。本工作为研究mPGRP-L分子的生物学功能提供了重要的线索。 Tissue expression of the long type peptidoglycan recognition protein of mouse(mPGRP L) was studied by RT PCR, Northern blotting and immunohistochemistry staining. It was showed by RT PCR that mPGRP-L mRNA was expressed in liv er and kidney, but not in heart, lung, spleen or thymus. Tissue expression of mPGRP-L mRNA was also analyzed by using Northern blotting and strong expression was observed in the liver, but a weak signal was evident in kidney and spleen. Immunohistochemistry staining of tissue sections showed that mPGRP-L protein was expressed in liver and kidney, but not in the other tissues, including heart, lung, spleen, muscle, bladder, large intestine, small intestine, brain, windpipe, stomach and womb. These data provides important clues for the study of biological functions of mPGRP -L molecule.
