提升代表队伍素质是加强教代会建设的基础工程

教代会制度在高校普及以后,高校教代会工作水平的差异主要体现在代表队伍素质的差异上。为此,应当把提升教代会代表队伍素质当作提升教代会工作水平的基础工程来抓。指出了当前高校教代会队伍建设存在的四个方面的问题,提出了加强队伍建设的五条措施。

After the popularization of the system of teachers＇ representative conterence corteges ana universities, the discrepancy of teachers＇ representative conferences＇ working standards is mainly embodied in the qualities of representatives. Accordingly, the promotion of the representatives＇ quality should be stressed as the basic project of enhancing the construction of teachers＇ representative conference. This paper points out the four problems in the construction of teachers＇ representative conference, and then proposes five countermeasures to enhance such construction.
