Clinical Observations on Treatment of Acute-stage Cerebral Hemorrhage Patients by "Shi's Stroke Unit Therapy"

目的探讨"石氏中风单元疗法"治疗急性期脑出血的近期、远期疗效。方法将120例急性期脑出血患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各60例,对照组在西医治疗基础上仅配合"醒脑开窍针刺法",治疗组在对照组基础上再给予"丹芪偏瘫胶囊"。结果治疗组近期、远期疗效均明显优于对照组。结论"石氏中风单元疗法"治疗急性期脑出血疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of ＂Shi＇ s Stroke Unit Therapy＂ for acute-stage cerebral hemorrhage. Methods One Hundred and twenty patients with cerebral hemorrhage in acute stage were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 60 eases and a control group of 60 eases. The control group was treated by brain-activating and orifice-opening acupuncture based on Western medical treatment and the treatment group, with＂ Danqi hemiplegia capsule＂ based on the treatment for the control group. Results The short- term and long-term effects were significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclusion ＂Shi＇ s Stroke Unit Therapy＂ has a marked effect on acute-stage cerebral hemorrhage. The earlier, the better
