背俞穴为主治疗哮喘的疗效观察

Observations on the Efficacy of Back-Shu Points as Main Treatment for Asthma

目的观察背俞穴治疗哮喘的疗效。方法将61例患者分为背俞穴组、背俞穴加艾灸组、常规针刺对照组,三组均每星期治疗2次,10次为1疗程,治疗3疗程后观察疗效。结果与结论背俞穴组和背俞穴加艾灸组控显率均高于常规针刺组(P<0.05),背俞穴加艾灸组控显率略高于背俞穴组,但没有统计学意义。结果表明背俞穴治疗哮喘有较好的疗效。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Back-Shu points for treating asthma. Methods Sixty-one patients were randomly allocated to a Back-Shu point group, a Back-Shu point plus moxibustion group and a conventional acupuncture group as a control. All the three groups were treated twice a week, 10 times as a course. The curative effects were evaluated after three courses of treatment. Results and conclusion The check and marked efficacy rates were significantly higher in the Back-Shu point and Back- Shu point plus moxibustion groups than in the conventional acupuncture group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. They were slightly higher in the Back-Shu point plus moxibustion group than in the Back-Shu point group, but there was no statistically significant difference. The results indicate that the Back-Shu points have a good curative effect on asthma.
